“If you can dream it you can do it.”
Walt Disney
I chose the Disney theme for this week’s video, not because it is all magical but because it took a lot of hard work, determination and commitment to make Disney the success that we see today, it all started with a dream and a CIPD level 7 qualification is no exception!
This week’s question comes from Nina who wanted to know what studying a level 7 is like and would I recommend it, I have made a video (back by popular demand!) and in short the answer is it is absolutely worth it! Whilst it is not without it’s challenges and frustrating moments (writers block anyone?!) the journey to that Level 7 Diploma has been a positive experience for me.
If you’d like to join me on my CIPD journey, then you can find out more about distance learning courses with ICS here.
Do keep your questions coming in and thank you for making this series so enjoyable for me to make for you all!
Thanks for the share Natalie. I’m based out of India and have been exploring CIPD and other HR certifications to upskill and certify myself after 13 years in HR operation and business partnering with a a Bachelors & Masters Degree in Sociology. With this as a background, would you advice I start CIPD (online qualification as there are no centers in India) with a Level 5 DIPLOMA or can I start with the Level 7 CERTIFICATE. Have been trying to explore answers to this speaking to many providers, but its best answered by you who has had the experience with it. Appreciate your guidance.
Thanks
Sharon
