Many people leave their jobs because they may feel undervalued and unappreciated in their current jobs, and how can we, all do our bit to help to boost morale, recognition and overall atmosphere in our workplaces? There are so many ways in which we can show appreciation and gratitude towards our colleagues and peers, and today’s task is all about showing them that you appreciate them.
A simple way to do this is to say thank you! Send an email, leave a post it note or just say it, there are lots of great ways to show your gratitude. In our office it is mainly with sweets and cake, but you could also acknowledge if a colleague has done a task particularly well or if they do something for you.
