Today is the 1st December and is officially the beginning of advent, and as we count down the days until we pop open the Champagne and give gifts to our loved ones, now is the perfect time to spread some festive joy!
In the spirit of HR acts of kindness, I thought it’d be a great idea to launch a virtual advent calendar to get you all in the festive mood whilst putting smiles on people’s faces; so each day up until Christmas Eve, I will be setting you all one simple challenge a day.
As we’ve traditionally done HR acts of kindness, it is great to hear your stories and when you have completed the challenges so please do make sure you let me know how you’re getting involved. Remember, you don’t have to be in HR to get involved, you can get as many people involved as you would like so do share this with your friends and colleagues!
